We are over 95% full! We will continue accepting applications until all spots are filled, but that won't be long! Applications are prioritized by postmark date -- if your application cannot be accepted your check will be returned.

Please note: West Fest 2012 will use the school gym as exhibit space in addition to the main hallway - no upstairs hallways will be used.
Local restaurants may apply to be part of our food court, click here for an application. Please note: space is very limited.
Entertainment will be provided by local school and community groups. If your group would like to apply to perform at West Fest, click here for an application. (Please note, no compensation will be provided.)
